Terms of service (summary)

• TacLog lets a team analyze recordings of its own matches and review the results. Use it only for your own team's matches.
• Do not use TacLog to collect or analyze other teams' data, to break laws or game rules, or to attack the service.
• Paid plans renew monthly and can be canceled any time from the settings screen. Payments already made are not refunded.
• Results are read automatically and may contain mistakes. The service is provided as is.
• These terms are governed by Japanese law. The Yokohama District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.

Privacy (summary)

• We store: account information (email), team name and display names, the round data read from recordings, AI questions, and payment status (card details are held by the payment provider only).
• We do not store recordings. They are read on your PC; only small cropped screen images are sent to the AI provider to read the score and timer.
• Service providers: Supabase (data and login), Cloudflare (hosting), Anthropic (AI), Stripe (payments), Discord (support inquiries).
• The site shows affiliate ads labeled “PR”. Ad networks may use cookies to record purchases. We never give your account information to advertisers.
• You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
